Operating as a tower, although it has a reduced/ optimised construction area, the habitable module evolves along three stories with an implementation area of a little more than 10 m Sq.

Even so, it contains a broad set of functionalities, such as sanitation facilities, a small kitchen, and a space for meals, a living space, a small study, a bedroom and an outer veranda /observation post at the top.

We tried to take advantage of the versatility and verticality of the inner space, with resort to its privileged visual relationship with the outer surroundings.
